Emerging Palettes - Ed 13

Emerging Palettes is an annual art exhibition that provides a platform for Emerging Artists from across the country to showcase their work. This is the 13th edition of the exhibition organized in collaboration with Goethe-Zentrum, Hyderabad.

With this exhibition, we hope to provide an opportunity for artists who have completed their Master’s in Fine Arts from 2019 to showcase and promote their works.

We received more than 200 applications from artists from across the country. Eleven artists were selected based on their skill, concept, and creativity by Shrishti Art Gallery, an Eminent artist, and Goethe-Zentrum.

These artists have used a diverse variety of mediums including paper mâché, textile, metal, light, kinetics, and stone to create sculptures, paintings, prints, and installations, to represent socio-political, ecological, and other areas of concern for our society.

These artists will not only be part of Emerging Palettes 2022, but also three selected artists from this exhibition will have the opportunity to be part of a three-member group exhibition in the following year at Shrishti Art Gallery. These three artists will go on to showcase a larger body of their works.
